The Information of Order caps:

1. How many styles of caps can we choose?
A: We have 5 panel cap,6 panel cap,muti-panel cap,fishing hat,flat cap,mesh cap.
According to the usage, we can make caps for promotion(election, events,company advertising) and retail(wholesale, speciality stores).

2. How many logo processes technique can be used for making caps?
A:Usually, the logo can be embroidered, printed (screen print and heat transfer print). 


3.What kind of material do you use to make caps?
A: Commonly we use Non-woven farbic, polyester, acrylic, polyester-cotton blend,
100%cotton(10858.10856.10*10.7*7) and do on,it depends on your requirement. 
You can send the farbic to us to produce.

4. What kind of back closure do you use for the caps?
A: Usually, the back closure can be used plastic buckle, verclo, metal buckle and tri-glide.
It also can be made as your request by opening mould.

5. Can we customize the fabric according to the pantone number?
A:Yes, but the minimum  quantity is 5000pcs, the color similarity can reach 90%..

6. Can you make the caps according to the sample we give?
A:Yes, we can make as your sample.

7. What is the MOQ for making custom caps?
A:Normally, our MOQ is 1000pcs for one color one style. 
    But we have small order custom service aslo.

8. What information need to be provided when we want to get quotation?
A:You need to provide order quantity, material, logo process, back closure, 
the use of the cap, delivery time, detailed photo or sample ect.

9. If we haven't fixed the logo, can we know about the price first?
A:You need to tell us the use of the cap and material. 
Then we can calculate the price of the blank caps. 
After you confirm the logo, we can calculate the price again.

10. How do you set the price for embroidered logo and printing logo?
A:1) There are flat embroidery and 3D embroidery,
 we calculate the embroidery cost based on the artwork size and shape of logo.
　2) We calculate the printing cost based on the color and position on the cap. 

11. Can you do the artwork by the provided logo?
A:Yes, the artwork can be made based on the actual production.

12. How long does it need to make sample? How much is the sample charge?
A:Usually, we need 5- 7days to make sample,if it is 5 panel or 6 panel cap. 
The sample charge is USD35-100. Some special caps which are complicated, 
the sample charge will be different.

  

13. What information we need to provide for making sample?
A:You need to tell us your detailed request and send us your clear logo picture in AI or CDR  format.

14. Can I make sample based on small order?
A:We don't suggest make sample if your order quantity is lower than 500pcs.
But we can make artwork as your request. 
After your confirmation of the logo, we will arrange mass production.

15. Can you return the sample charge after we place the order?
A:If your order quantity is over 1000pcs (include 1000pcs) 
we can return the sample charge after you place the order.

16. What about the production time for 1000pcs caps?
A:If it is 5 panel cap or 6 panel cap, after confirmation of sample, 
it need 15-20days to finish production. 

17. What about the package?
A:Usually, the package is 50pcs/opp bag, 200pcs/carton, carton size:40*45*64cm
　　We also can do as your request.
　　20 foot container can be held about 50000pcs
　　40 foot container can be held about 120000pcs

18. What about the order procedure?
A:Oversea sales confirm the specification of the cap with clients→ confirm the price→
make sample→confirm the sample from clients→sign the contract with client→pay deposit→specially-assigned person follow mass production→finish production→inspect the product→
clients pay the balance→delivery the product→after-sale person follow sale service

19. What's your payment terms?
A:After confirming the order, you need to pay 30% deposit, balance can be paid after inspection.
